***Nukkad-Natak team “AND ITS SAI”***

The Nukkad-Natak team “AND ITS SAI” of Chandigarh Engineering College has been performing at various colleges in the northern region. The team was formulated in February 2014. We first performed at Amity Fest 2014. Thereafter, the team went to bag the second position at NIT Jalandhar's Annual Fest “UTKANSH 2014”. We raised the bar even higher by winning the first position at NIT Uttarkhand's Fest “PRODAYA 2014” . The team achieved galvanizing success within just two month of its formation.
Just one month ago, Jammu and Kashmir was struck by great catastrophe, the team decided to make their contribution to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund with a charity performance at Punjab University Student Center. Recently, we also performed at Chitkara's Fest “ALGORYTHM 2014” and bought laurels to the college.

Ever since its inception, the team has worked with a penchant to outperform itself with every performance. We have addressed major social issues like legalization of homosexuality, corruption, dire condition of orphanages, drug abuse and women empowerment. Our main objective has been to spread awareness in the society regarding the social issues so as to bring about a slow but much needed change in the average Indian’s mentality.

The team shall continually endeavor to make its contribution to national development and growth, in its own way.

The team is being proudly lead by EPC member Rahul Puri and Nishu Bhat. Working under their able guidance and command are Divanshi, Deepali, Sukhjit, Aditya, Daksh, Pulkit.
All students who are interested in participation in Dramatics can contact Rahul Puri - 9988377031.
